Liberty Property’s willingness to take a risk and propose a new distribution center in a challenging market won over judges in this category.
“I think Liberty pushed the envelope,” Patricia Gnetz said. “That created such a buzz in the market, when they said they were going to build in Rogers. There was a lot of vacancy in Rogers and they still went out and built a new building. They had some forward thinking out there.”
