To do this we listen closely, we meet deadlines and we develop designs that work. Following this simple formula new work has been consistently sent our way, and as it did our areas of expertise grew into other markets. We value each of our clients and we work consistently to earn their trust in everything we do. We believe that trust is essential for successful relationships and a key reason why 95% of our business is driven by repeat clients and referrals. For us, this has been the key indicator of our success, and along with our staff, the key reason we believe in a strong future for our firm.
Awards and Recognition
Edward Farr Architects, Inc has been the recipient of numerous awards over the last 20 years. These include 18 NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) Design of Excellence Awards for “Building of Year” in their category. EFA has also been awarded a Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Development Showcase Award and multiple projects have been LEED Certified by the USGBC.
