October 20, 2014 celebrated the ground-breaking of the Dayton Distribution Center I, a 247,004-square-foot distribution center in the city of Dayton, MN. The building is expected to be complete by the spring of 2015. Dayton Distribution Center 1 will feature 32-foot clear heights, trailer storage and a deep truck court. The project is pursuing LEED for Building Design and Construction: Core & Shell Development at the Silver level.
