Aurora on France Senior Living is a 5 story, 227,000 sf building offering senior apartments, assisted living, memory care, care suites and transitional care all within the heart of Edina.  The building was positioned to create a pedestrian friendly environment along France Avenue with flower gardens and sitting areas.  A 55,000 sf basement provides for tenant and visitor off street parking as well as storage areas for tenant use.  A skyway links the building to Fairview Southdale Hospital for visitor, care provider and patient services.
