Linden Street Parking

A large build to suit precast parking ramp requiring planning and design for the tight constraints of a downtown city block in Allentown, PA. The design required solutions to problems such as century old public utilities running through the site, narrow access alleyways and tight adjacency to existing construction, limited entry and exit points, and user required security.
