Normandale Lake Office Park

This commercial office development master site plan consists of five office buildings, five parking decks and connecting skyways creating a miniature downtown atmosphere amidst park like surroundings over-looking Normandale Lake and Hyland Lake Park Reserve.  Over the last 30 years Ed has been the most consistently involved and impactful designer of this signature Office Park in Bloomington MN. Besides being involved in the design of nearly all of the buildings and parking ramps, he also did the site plan for the park before the first building was ever built.
